What is Accountability Coaching?
Accountability coaching focuses on helping individuals make and keep meaningful commitments to themselves and others. It starts with a deeper understanding of one’s purpose, mission, and values. From these qualities, we set our intentions, goals, and actions.
Core Principles
Accountability coaching is built on several key principles:
- Relationships are better than tactics: Commitments to tactics may result in productivity, but commitments to people result in accountability.
- Being Impeccable with our word: Accountability is about open and truthful communication. We aren't judging each other, especially when we fall short.
- Being Purpose-driven: Accountability is a character train that is best guided by a clear understanding of one’s purpose and mission.
