About Coaching

Coaching is about getting someone from where they are now to where they want to be. It isn't advice or therapy. It is about helping people understand and validate their perspectives, to see where blind spots hold us back.

Background

I am a coach, guide, and ally who helps people move forward in life with confidence. My passion is in creative problem-solving. Through this, I want to empower you to thrive and grow.

I am also a creative tech generalist and manager who is committed to service. I built and ran large support and sales teams, and consult in marketing, customer experience, and developer relations.

I started coaching non-officially years ago, helping team members overcome the many emotional, political, and spiritual challenges the stress of tech life can cause. I wanted to get better at it, so I started training.

I also simply enjoy helping my colleagues be creative. As a musician and writer, I understand how our thinking and our tools can get in the way of our flow.

Approach

I believe that the best answers come from within. I want to push you to come up with solutions that feel true to you.
