Coaching is about getting someone from where they are now to where they want to be. It isn't advice, or therapy. It is about helping people understand and validate their perspectives, to see where blind spot hold ourselves back.

Background

I am a coach, guide, and ally who helps people move forward with confidence. My passion is in creative problem-solving. Through this, I want to empower you to thrive and grow.

I am a creative tech generalist who is committed to service. He has built and ran large support and sales teams, and consulted in marketing, customer experience, and developer relations.

What led me to tech was my desire to help my colleagues be creative. As a musician and writer, I understand how our thinking and our tools can get in the way of our flow.
